Standard Orders:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of non-customized items, you may contact us within 1 day of delivery at contact@dearkitabein.com for an exchange. The returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customized Orders:
For personalized or customized items, such as products with specific monograms or custom engravings, texts, or pictures, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error or defect in the customization. We take great care to ensure the accuracy of personalized details, so please review your customization instructions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement.
